What We Offer
Fusion Center Network offers telehealth screenings, diagnostic evaluations, consultation, training, and technical assistance to help families, self-advocates, or professionals better understand and support individuals with complex neurodevelopmental conditions.
Diagnostic Evaluation
Efficient differential diagnostic evaluation for a range of neurodevelopmental disorders by a team of expert clinicians. Includes intake session, records review, assessment, report summary meeting, and written clinical report.

NDD Screener
Curious about whether an evaluation for an neurodevelopmental disorder (NDD) is right for you or your family member? An NDD screener offers you a meeting with an expert in NDDs that includes a brief interview, expert guidance, and a document with recommendations for next steps.

This screener cost will be credited to evaluation with Fusion Center Network if you decide to pursue it further.

Expert Consultation
This time is directed by you: meet with a clinician to discuss any burning questions you have about your diagnosis and possible support opportunities. This is your your chance to find clarity and explore possible services and other recommendations.
