Cancellation Policy

At Fusion Center Network we strive to provide the highest quality care and ensure timely access to our services for all clients. To help us achieve this, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client.


Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $180.00.

Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a "no-show" and may result in a fee of $180.00. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.​

Rescheduled Appointments
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours’ prior to the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to
admin@fusioncenternetwork.com. Excessive rescheduling will result in a fee of $180.

Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us at
admin@fusioncenternetwork.com as soon as possible if you cannot attend due to illness, family emergencies, or other urgent matters. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the clinic.

How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please email us at
admin@fusioncenternetwork.com. Our team will assist you in finding a new appointment time.

Refunds
For prepaid services, refunds or credits for cancellations will be issued according to the above policy.
